Working towards the second urban-fairies event at the Artistan Market.

The Musical featuring the fairy doors was great!
"Through the Fairy Door!"

The Pear Tree Gift Shop is now carrying "Who's Behind the Fairy Doors?* Revised Edition". The Pear Tree specializes in local artists and their fine work. All our jewelry their made in Michigan as are the beautifully turned wooden bowls and wine bottle stoppers, bird houses, soaps and lotions etc.. This includes my book: I am local (and semi-domesticated) the book was printed in Ann Arbor and the binding done just outside of Grand Rapids.

Another sad day. It was sad when Elaine and Cynthia announced that they would close the Selo/SHevel GAllery and then— only a matter of time until— today— the urban-fairy fairy door, one of the first downtown Ann Arbor (or anywhere), vanished. Nothing to do with the new owners of the building, but much to do with the connection with Elaine and Cynthia and the Gallery.
