One of the most magical and satisfying parts of my role as a fairyologist is hearing (or witnessing) the discovery of urban-fairy fairy doors.

Just the other day I received an e-mail with a photo attached.

The word is out in Japan about the urban-fairy fairy doors.
Thanks to Mary Christianson & Kenji Yano who maintain the Japanese-language content of the Ann Arbor Area Convention and Visitors Bureau (AAACVB) web site (www.nihongo.visitannarbor.org). They also write monthly articles on behalf of AAACVB in the Japan News Club, a Detroit-based Japanese language news magazine. The article in the June 2012 issue mentioned Urban Fairies Operations.
