free advice from the inter webs

Apparently there are quite a few experts out and about who are enthusiastic about sharing their expertise with me about what urban-fairies are and are not, and what a fairyologist should and shouldn't do. They also are very liberal with their dispensing of how a business such as U.F.O., LLC should be run.

One of the most interesting and perhaps magical bits of information is about the incidental damage to fairy doors.

I was told, "...And no one vandalized your original works."
To which I responded with photos of damaged fairy doors>

And received this:

"hahaha dude that could have been a rock from the street or a drunk who fell over, who knows but it clearly isn't intentional."

I am glad that has been cleared up!

That's some scary rock action! Like some freaky high velocity targeting rock(s). Is it one rock over and over again, or an anomoly in the road which causes rocks to fly to that precise spot when run over by cars travelling at 30mph or probably (hopefully) less.

Or, perhaps a drunk, who frequents that area and is frequently drunk, trips and falls (unintentionally of course) between the two display windows, in order to be out of the way of other, non-falling pedestrians.

I wonder which is the more likely scenario? I *have* seen small rocks near the fairy door. I have *not* seen any drunks fallen over there. On the other hand, the likelyhood of a repeat stumbling drunk is higher than an errant rock hitting the same spot over and over and over again. perhaps there is some sort of geo-fantastical-electrical force at play here!

I probably should ask the city to post a sign(s):

"CAUTION:Falling Drunk Zone"
and/or
"CAUTION: Targeting, high velocity rock zone. for the next 8 inches"

And I was blaming orfans! (although, a falling down drunk *is* technically a type of orfan).
