THE DAY AFTER new fairy tickets FINALLY appear at the Ark, I find they are jammed behind the glass again AND a string of 42 tickets is left on the sidewalk! GRrrrrrrrrrrrrr......

ON NORTH UNIVERSITY (near Hill Auditorium)

The "Spring peeper" tickets are out (again) #230156. It will be interesting to see if they last more than one night without being pilfered in great quantity and/or jammed.

Yaay! The Sping Peeper tickets made it through the night!

I received notice that "Who's Behind the Fairy Doors?" has been named a FINALIST in:
The Best Cover Design AND Humor/Comedy Catagories

AND a WINNER in:
The Children's/Juvenile Non-Fiction AND Art Catagories

of the 2008 Next Generation Indie Book Awards.

Yikes! Lots to report!

The Ann Arbor Book Festival went very well. The weather held out (mostly). I met some wonderful people, including Grayson, the illustrator of The Hairy-Queen Fairy on page 46 of "Who's Behind the Fairy Doors?"!!!

I spotted more Fairy Finders

There appears to have been a Wild West style brawl at the Micro Brew Café (in Sweetwaters Café). A window and table were smashed!

This morning I discovered that the urban fairy door entrance at The Ark was pushed in!

And as always, there are more interesting fairy droppings.

I PLAN TO POST THE PICS LATER TODAY. (8:45AM)

So much for THOSE plans! TODAY I am getting some pics up.

Fairy Finders at Sweetwaters Café.

Some Fairy Droppings
(remember they are dropped FOR the fairies not BY the fairies).

The Fairy Door at The Ark was vandalized.

I met Grayson at the Ann Arbor Book Festival!

I have some photos of the aftermath of the WIld West Brawl at the Micro Brew Café.
