Well! This may be some sort of April Fool prank?... but I like it!

The book signing on Friday, MARCH 27, 6-8 PM at Artistica Gallery and Shop in Dexter, Michigan came and went. I met some really nice people and drew fairies in and autographed a half dozen copies of "Who's Behind the Fairy Doors?" .

I finally have the brand spankin' new Fairy Doors of Ann Arbor Posters! They feature MOST of the past and current urban fairy doors on a heavier paper than the 1st edition. Wooo hooo!

I hope to have them for sale soon. In the mean time, the original poster (the "classic" ? version) is still available.... for a limited time.

It was fun to wear my new embroidered shirt to the book signing! Thanks to my sister-in-law for making it! The UFO logo above my title of "Fairyologist". SLICK!

Hmmmmmmm.

Luck. Bad luck?
Curses?

The general convention is:

Break a mirror and you will have Seven years of bad luck.
How about if you were to break a fairy window?
Is there some sort of dispensation if it is an accident?
It is interesting... I have seen several broken fairy windows, but I have not seen the perpetrators!!!

Could they have been snatched away!? (let's hope).

In addition to this, the fairy door at Delo/Shevel Gallery has also suffered multiple, recent "attacks".

On a more positive note: I am Working on building a new "Home" page for Urban Fairies Operations. It may take a while to get all assembled and uploaded. I am way overdue to have the current UFO logo on there and some new links to books etc... I am also buildinga "door button" to navigate back ti the home page.

The 2nd Annual Jackson Fairy Festival IS fast approaching!

I will be signing and selling copies of "Who's Behind the Fairy Doors?".
The book which I authored and co-illustrated as a "non-certified Fairyologist". HOWEVER, I just recently acquired my
Certificate of Fairyology, which I will have on hand.

Art 634 (Host of the Fairy Festival) seems to be living in the past!
I am described as a "non-certified" Fairyologist! HA! That was then, this is now. :D

Being Certified, I will also be selling Certifciates of Fairyology to qualified individuals. I will add their name in calligraphy and sign with my authorized signature.
